Meet The Authors
First-time authors and long-time friends Kenny, Natalie, and Nicole wrote Don't Lick the Baby on a sunny summer day in 2023. Sitting on Nat's living room floor with Nicole's baby and our respective dogs, Nicole said the phrase we had heard many times before, "Ollie, Don't lick the baby!" Natalie said, "Hey, that sounds like a great title to a children's book!" And Kenny, being the wordsmith that he is, started us off!​ After a few in-person hours and countless texts back and forth, we came up with a story that made us smile each time we read it.

Natalie is a mom to one adorable fur-baby. She moonlights in television in Southern California, and adopted her puppy from Animal Planet's "Puppy Bowl"
Nicole Threlkel
Nicole is a mom to 2 beautiful girls and 2 spunky fur-babies. She moonlights as a business law/real estate attorney in Southern California.
Kenneth Charles Sherman II
Kenny is a dad to three fur-babies. He lives in Southern California and moonlights in graphic design, working with clients nationwide.
